We’re Hiring: Junior User Researcher (Remote) We’re Invesp — the leading conversion optimization agency in North America. We’ve run over 36,000 A/B tests, helped clients like eBay, 3M, and O’Reilly boost revenue, and we’re on the hunt for a Senior Analytics Expert to build our analytics function from the ground up — starting as a hands-on individual contributor and evolving into the leader of a small analytics team. We’re looking for 2–3 Junior User Researchers to join our growing research team. You’ll work closely with our Senior User Researcher, supporting them in every stage of the research process and eventually taking on independent projects as you grow. Your core working hours will be 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday, to align with team and client schedules. Occasionally, meetings may fall outside this window (e.g., 2–4 PM CST), and you’ll be expected to attend when needed. The remainder of your schedule is flexible and can be planned around these core and ad hoc commitments. This is a full-time, remote position.
