We are looking for an Associate UI Designer / Visual Designer who demonstrates a knack for multiplatform design and interactivity. Your Impact • Apply advanced understanding of composition, color, typography, iconography, texture, photographic curation, and usability to help users navigate dynamic multimedia experiences • Define the visual direction of projects to shape and position ideas for customer impact • Bring a deep point of view on craft, tools, and design processes to elevate design standards • Apply human-centric design practices and UX sensitivity to solve usability and visual challenges • Translate branding strategies and guidelines into strong digital experiences that connect with business objectives • Contribute to the creation and evolution of new design systems, including reusable libraries and scalable components • Design and deliver visual content such as rich photography, illustration, and engaging digital imagery that supports brand initiatives • Effectively communicate with vendors and clients, delegating around project specifications and deliverables • Discern and consolidate visual design feedback from multiple stakeholders to align outcomes • Deliver interaction design and illustrations for digital product features • Provide multimedia production support and communicate specifications for digital and physical components • Develop strong relationships across project teams, collaborating closely with technical members and software developers • Lead and manage small project tracks autonomously, balancing design craft with leadership responsibilities • Contribute to client presentations with clear storytelling and rationale for design decisions Your Skills & Experience • C1 English Level (9/10), both written and oral with experience working with international stakeholders • 3+ Years of proven experience as a UI/Visual Designer with a portfolio showcasing strong use of Figma and process-driven case studies • Proven background in branding initiatives and strategies, with ability to translate them into digital products • Strong skills in visual content creation: photography, imagery, illustration, and typography • Ability to create beautiful, simplistic UI for digital and product design • Hands-on expertise in interaction design and UX fundamentals • Proficiency in Figma and at least one prototyping tool, with experience creating interactive prototypes • Strong skills in design systems: creating libraries, building from scratch, and applying consistent patterns • Experience documenting design processes and specifications for delivery • Ability to apply design patterns for reskinning and rebranding, with a keen eye for brand and detail • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional and client-facing settings
