Join our team to make a difference in the lives of millions of entrepreneurs around the world! :) Key responsabilities You will be expected to: • Identify user needs and pain points to improve user experience. • Conduct user research to gain insights into user behaviors, preferences, and expectations. • Collect and analyze data to make design decisions and identify areas for improvement. • Perform usability tests to gather user feedback and iterate designs based on user insights • Assist in designing and refining user interfaces considering user needs, usability, and aesthetics. • Illustrate design ideas • Assist the design team in making product design decisions • Propose improvements to enhance the usability of our app • Assist in the creation of new design elements for new features and enhancements • Write clear and concise descriptions of new features and its requirements for developers • Assist the customer support and report usability issues to develop solutions that improve customer satisfaction Must-have • Be enrolled in a university design course • English: advanced level • Live in Porto Alegre Nice-to-have • Previous experience in another internship in the design area
