Description Allocation City: Campinas-SP, Home Office, Recife-PE. Brazil Activities • Understand user and business needs and help to turn them into design solutions • Interact with multi-disciplinary team: product managers, designers, engineers, testers • Work as part of our XD Studio team assisting in the following main activities: ◦ Preparation, conduction and analysis of UX research, UX assessment and user testing; ◦ Conduction of ideation workshops; ◦ Creation and maintenance of lo-fi/hi-fi wireframes of products; ◦ Creation of clickable prototypes; ◦ Creation and maintenance of UI components in the product library. Essential Skills • Pursuing Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Computer Science, Interaction Design, or related field, or equivalent working experience; • Committed with quality and deadlines; • Concepts of UI design for web and mobile apps; • Concepts of UX design; • Concepts of User-centered Design (UCD); • Basic knowledge of usability principles; • Basic knowledge of a design tool (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Axure); • Basic knowledge of a prototyping tool (Figma, Invision, Balsamiq); • Basic knowledge of user experience process; • Concepts of agile methodologies; Additional Skills • Knowledge of Visual Design; • Notion of programming, HTML, CSS is a plus.
