JOB PURPOSE As a Product designer Jr, you will be responsible for idealizing the best experience for customers, together with the best business solution. You will work in a multidisciplinary team to create an inclusive, consistent, attractive, and amazing experience. On a day-to-day basis, you will create high and low-fidelity prototypes, participate in research, user tests, and interact with various stakeholders to understand the project's needs. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: • Hypothesis validation and interest in data analysis • Defining, designing, reviewing, and testing interfaces, components, systems, and frameworks for our users. • Collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams and different stakeholders from product, engineering, customer experience, and marketing • Participate in user research to gain insight to inform the design direction • Industry experience as a user experience designer, interaction designer, information architect, or similar design-related role • Must have an online portfolio • Knowledge of any graphic editing tool such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Xd or Invision Studio • Experience working with a design organization, regularly incorporating feedback, applying, and contributing to a design system • Solid understanding of user-centered design methodologies, design thinking processes, and usability principles • Effective verbal, writing, strategic thinking, conceptualization, presentation, facilitation, and organization skills • Experience in designing desktop and mobile applications • Have worked on an education platform or similar processes (is a plus) QUALIFICATION • Bachelor’s degree • Fluency in English is mandatory.
