What you’ll do:Position title: SAP iXp Intern - Innovation UX DesignerLocation: São Leopoldo, RS, Brazil - hybrid • Assist in conducting user research, including surveys, interviews, and usability testing. • Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and other designers. • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for improving user experiences. • Support the UX team in creating and maintaining design documentation. • Gather and analyze user feedback to refine and improve designs. • Stay updated with the latest design trends and industry best practices. What you bring: • Studying UX Design, Graphic Design, Digital Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. • Excellent communication skills, as well as fluent in both oral and written English. Spanish is a plus. • Basic understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies. • Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. • Previous knowledge on working with design systems, such as Google Material Design, Apple Human interface guidelines and SAP Fiori Guidelines is a plus. • Enthusiasm for SAP technologies and AI. • Good communication and teamwork skills. • Self-motivated, quick learners, able to adapt to changing requirements or situations. • Excellent problem-solving skills with initiative. • Strong visual design skills and attention to detail. • Good time management for meeting assigned deadlines. • A flair for innovation and a result-oriented mindset. • A portfolio or examples of design projects (class assignments, personal projects, etc.) is needed.
