Requirements We have two jobs opened to work in Deploy team, the team responsible to the deliveries envolving Chatbot and IA to big clients in Sinch. We search for hands on people, that haves a technical background but is more focused in build and analyse Bot communications to guarantee the best communication between companies and users. We need: • Knowledge of UX and UI theory and best practices • Experience with prototyping and interface design tools (Miro). • Use appropriate means and methods to understand and map user needs and business requirements • Chatbot curation to propose solutions based on data • NLP Knowledge • Previous experience with API's • Advanced Spanish Big Plus! • Previous knowledge in chatbot technologies like Dialogflow or IBM Watson • Knowledge in cloud environments (Azure, AWS, Google) Benefits Sinch is a global company composed of people from different countries and cultures.
