About the team/role We expect you to develop trustful relationships with other areas, learn and contribute to product discovery, apply user research following defined processes and training, collaborate in workshops, and propose solutions for improving product/service for end-users and internal processes. You will work closely with UX Research people from Latin America, China and all over the world, as well as maintain and contribute to making a strong collaboration with the teams! In this role, you'll be... • Execute qualitative and quantitative studies as surveys and benchmarking with proper support and guidance. • Help to create research reports. • Collaborate in meetings and workshops with stakeholders in English and Portuguese. • Give ideas for creating solutions and hypotheses for improving customer service, internal systems, end-user products and channels globally with the team. • Collaborate with the Design & Research team and stakeholders.
