Descrição da posição | Responsabilidades As part of the Research Ops team, you will help how researchers work and support the processes within the UX Research function. • Support recruitment activities, communicating and maintaining a pool of users, agencies, and/or contractors. • Enable recruitment initiatives for research participants. • Together with the Research Ops team, you will work on defining how we operate and structure the Research function. • Manage timelines and efficiency on tasks created. • Deliver recruitment needs on time for researchers to carry out their research activities. • Explore new ways to recruit research participants in the Americas. Perfil | Formação e conhecimentos • Fluent English (written and spoken). We are part of a global team and you will collaborate with people from all parts of the world; • Strong organization and communication skills; • Desirable experience in UX Research for digital products, conducting user surveys, validating hypotheses, and analyzing data; • Notions about recruitment for research, LGPD/GDPR, and good practices when contacting users; • Strong problem-solving skills and initiative to improve processes; • Willingness to learn and adaptability to change; • You are open to receiving and providing constructive feedback; • You are proactive and have an experimental mindset.
